When customers are not fully satisfied with their experience, our team takes
actionSince learning of Ms*** experience, we did just that by working
with her to remedy the situation
After our crew replaced the roof on Ms*** home on 08/05/2015, our sales
rep, Andy *** walked the job with her and explained there were several items
that still needed to be addressed and it is our standard to send a supervisor
out to the job after the crew performs the work for a final inspection Upon seeing the items that still needed some
work Ms*** was informed that a crew would be scheduled to return to take
care of these items. At this point, Ms
*** requested that we provide a lien release so she could hire another company
so the work could be redone completely She would not allow us back on to her property
to complete our job
In an effort to resolve Ms
*** concerns, contact was made on 08/13/by a representative of
CoreyDuring the discussion, our representative apologized for her experience,
and outlined the options moving forward to ensure the proper roof installation
and inspection All of Ms***
concerns were addressed and it was agreed that a third party inspection company
would be hired by Ms*** at Corey's expense to do a thorough roof
inspection. Corey would then correct
anything found on the inspection report.
On 08/16/2015, Ms*** again requested a Lien Release without the
third party inspection with the intention of hiring another company to have the
work redone. Currently, Corey has still not
been given the opportunity to come back out and complete the work on Ms
*** roof
