We purchased carpet cleaning through a [redacted] ad for Corey's and after a few unanswered phone calls we were finally able to schedule an appointment for 2:pm on September The evening before we received a text from "Corey" indicating he would be by between and pm He never arrived and he never called to tell us he could not make it When we sent a text to ask what happened there was a weak excuse about leaving his phone at home and when asked when he could reschedule he said next available appointment......no date or time When pressed further he began a litany of profanity via text that shocked me like I have never been shocked before This was by far the worst customer experience I have had in all my years

Did not honor [redacted] deal, poor service, they were no show about times I purchased a [redacted] deal with Corey's carpet back in SeptemberWhen I called to book an appointment they said they were busy and can only book in OctoberFineI had an appointment booked for October and they did not show up nor did they call to cancel or rescheduleI tried to call them and the voicemail was fullWhen I finally got a hold of him and asked what happened he claimed that he was away on vacation and that someone messed up on the booking as it did not save on their computer systemWhen we rebooked again they didn't show up the time they were suppose to come and didn't show up at all.They claimed that they had to move someone's furniture around and wouldn't get to our house till 8pm which was too late cuz my son was in bedSo they rescheduled for next day and once again no showI had enough.I got my money back from [redacted] and didn't bother anymoreThey are unprofessional,always had excuses,never returned my messages I would always have to call them

I as with other reviews on here had a [redacted] for cleaning services. They were hard to get a hold of. Finally they had made an appointment with me on a Monday between 2-5 PM. Around 2 PM on that day they called and asked if I needed more than just the items specified on the [redacted] , for extra charge of course. I told them no, that was all I need at this time. He then proceeded to tell me they had a current order with around $300 extra work needed, so they would be closer to 5-6 PM. I had told them that 6 wouldn't work because my daughter had baseball shortly after that time. After that my Fiance stayed home and missed her game in case the people came to do the job. No one showed up, no one called. I made many attempts to contact them. I had [redacted] themselves get in contact with them, to witch they promised to contact me and reset an appointment. But they never did. In the end I canceled my [redacted] and received my money back.

*** I unfortunately purchased a *** coupon for their service, called them to book an appointment, none attended the callI left voice messages 4-times and finally asked ***
Two days letter I got call from them, they booked appointment and said then I'd hear from them on next Tuesday for time confirmationNone reached me on phone for appointment
Finally on Wednesday, they got back to me and told they will arrive on same day between 3-
None arrived, so I left another voicemail, no reply
Waitied another day, left voicemail, no reply again

This company is a joke They will sell you *** deals and not honour them They will not answer their phone and when I *** message them, they read it then ignore it When I finally did get through, he booked me in for a Monday and didn't call or show upThey also go by the business name of *** *** agency and *** *** services ***!!!

I purchased a *** coupon to have my sofa cleaned I left a voicemail and made a couple follow up phone calls To my horror I received a text message that said, "Knock it off you left a voicemail I am busy" I was completely shocked at the unprofessionalism displayed! I immediately cancelled my *** and am very glad I did after reading the other reviews listed here!
