Corey's Custom Concrete

We had a new driveway put in 2 years ago this August by ***s Custom Concrete from ***. We sealed the driveway and one and a half years later , this past January we noticed the concrete starting to flake up. I contacted *** about the issue and was told he would come look at it. 6 months later he finally came and inspected it and told us that he couldn't afford to replace it but he would have the concrete supplier ( Alexis Concrete from *** ) come take a look and maybe they would supply *** with the concrete to repair it. A month passed and no one came and looked at it so I called *** again and he said the owner of Alexis Concrete said it was too old. I told *** I had contacted him in January about the problem so he said he would see what he could do for us. Weeks went by and my wife finally had enough and gave him a poor review on his home page and he is now upset with us. All we want is our driveway repaired or refunded the $ 9000.00 we paid him. He says road salt caused the problem. we think it was a bad concrete mix. our home was built in the winter of 1996. we never sealed the original driveway and it never pitted and flaked up in a year and a half. we don't know what to do about this issue. an attorney would just cost us more money that we don't have. any suggestions would be appreciated. thank you.
