This was entirely false, as I had paid this off and had the records to prove it. When I returned the call, they said that I would be served papers by the state if I didn't resolve this. I called back a 2nd time, telling them that I could provide them with proof that I had paid off my loan. After that, I never heard from them again. I went online and checked them out with the Revdex.com, and they had no rating, and an alert was posted.
