This is a terrible company and should not be in business I scheduled my appointment a week in a half in advanced, it was scheduled thru [redacted] for Wednesday between 9am & 10am, two days before my landlord was inspecting my unit for move out I waited until 11am no one showed up I called and got there answer machine...left messages, tried again and finally got thru I asked when someone will is going to show up to clean the carpet, the lady replied you are not on the schedule...she said let me call you back in min min later [redacted] calls me and says there was a mistake with the schedule...I agree for them to come out the next day between 11am & 12pm [redacted] promised me that someone would be there The next day I waited until 12:30pm, no one showed up...I called and got there answering machine, I left messages on both of there numbers I keep trying and finally Stephany answers the phone, I asked when someone will show up to clean my carpet She said let me call you right back...she never called me back I contacted Amazon who I purchased the carpet cleaning service from, they said they are going to cancel them as a partner vendor I'm going to take them to small claims court They should not be in business
