I am rejecting this response because:*** and I are not satisfied with ***'s response to our requestsWe understand that they were having a inventory reduction saleWe did ask the salesperson *** if the item we were purchasing would go any lower after Valentines DayShe told us that we were getting the best priceThey told us to would take up to a week to set the stone in the settingThen later that day they called and said we could come pick it up*** went the next morning to get it, but they were not open due to a snowstorm that morningThey made him wait outside and they brought the ring out to his car insteadWhen we got home that night, we got an email and postcard mailer saying they dropped every sale item in the store to an additional 12% off even sale itemsThe only exclusion was pandoraOur purchase was for TacoriThis left us with a very bad taste about the jeweler at a time that is supposed to be happy for us and a celebrationWe know that they have even gone down as much as 25% off since then! due to their incessant advertising that we recievedWe are only asking for the additional 10% that would have been listed on the day we picked up the ringEspecially since it seems they were trying to hide that from us by not letting *** in when he picked up the ringWe do not feel that this is resolved at this time

Over the past couple weeks Corinne Jewelers has run a progressive sale that allowed our customers fantastic deals that were unprecedented in our history.  We undertand how things can get confusing and we reached out to [redacted] and [redacted] to expain.  At the time they seemed to...

understand.  As discounts went deeper certain brands and designs needed to be pulled from the case to not be availabe at the additional discount.  We stand behind our statement to [redacted] and [redacted] that those rings that they chose were never offered at a lower discount than what they paid for them.  We would be happy to provide any further information.  Thank you

Review: We purchased a ring and picked it up the next day and got an advertisement from them saying everything was on sale for ten percent more . We called the store and we're told that does not include our ring even though the add's only disclaimer was that it did not include pandora charmsDesired Settlement: They should honor the sale price from the day we picked up the ring. And since then they even sent us an ad that says everything is twenty percent off !!
