Hello,I received a letter regarding complaint # ***, I wrote response and then realized that the person that filed the complaint is not a customer of *** * *** and *** ***. Which in speaking to a representative would mean that her complaint for a refund that is not in her name
would be invalid and taken off my record. I have decided that I will call the Credit card holder *** *** that purchased the tickets and offer a refund if she and her friend *** take their reviews off of our *** page.Thank you
