did not install our Ridge Vents to our roof during the process when he replaced our original roof. We notified *** about this on June 12th 2019 and he has yet to install our Ridge Vents that have been fully paid to him. We have reached out to him repeatedly, via phone, text messages, emails with *** giving us excuse after excuse and never coming through with a date of installation.

If *** does not install our already payed ridge vents by May 31st 2020, he will need to reimburse us the total of cost of the ridge vents, including material, labor, clean-up services and any roof damage that has occurred because of his negligence.
