tap, nor did I ask directly for a full refund. I understand the law states I cannot get a refund on alcoholic sales. The keg wasn't half empty it was more than 3/4 full. I was treated so horribly, and was yelled at over the phone by the business owner. I did not hang up on him, I simply put the phone on the counter so the other man could speak with him. I will not tolerate being treated like that. We are past the point of refunds, and as I had told him in the store my family and I will not be doing business with him in the future. He told me that it doesn't matter as we had never done business with him previously. When my stepson returned the tap, the man in the store was apologetic, not my stepson. This complaint is merely to show that customer service is not as stellar as he seems to think it is. Also, my private information was given to this company. HE called me on my cell phone wanting to meet me. I declined stating he needs to contact the Revdex.com and not to contact me as I was treated so horribly in the beginning. I did not get an apology then either. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

Review: A tap and keg was rented for a surprise birthday part. The tap was broken and we were unable to pump the keg for the party. Only 1/4 of the keg was used.I tried to explain the situation to the owner's son Aziz. I told him that maybe I could get a a partial refund or a discount. He started to berate and bilittle me, telling me that I didn't have any common sense and should have returned the tap to the store during the party. We didn't have time to drive all the way from Santa Rosa Valley to Old Towne Camarillo during a birthday party. We had to have people who were late pick up beer on the way to the party. We had people who were there 45 minutes prior to the surprise, and they were drinking wine and bottled beer. We didn't try to tap the keg til the guest of honor had arrived. We didn't want people who were drinking, driving to the store.The owner's son continued to call me stupid and tell me he had a college education and that he had common sense. He proceeded to get his father on the phone and spoke in another language to him. I asked him to speak English, so I knew what was being said, he refused. I haven no idea what was spoken on the phone, but it was handed to me and the father proceeded to berate me over the phone telling me there will be no refund because "you have no common sense". I hung up on the man, and Aziz then told me arrogantly, "My father won't give you any money, right? No common sense."I told him I wouldn't be doing business with him anymore and he said,"So? You never did before."I left the store with nothing resolved.Desired Settlement: A partial refund.
