This is response is more polite than how I was treated in the storeMy complaint is about how I was berated and told over and over that I had no common senseIt is true I was not the one that applied for the
tap, nor did I ask directly for a full refundI understand the law states I cannot get a refund on alcoholic salesThe keg wasn't half empty it was more than 3/fullI was treated so horribly, and was yelled at over the phone by the business ownerI did not hang up on him, I simply put the phone on the counter so the other man could speak with himI will not tolerate being treated like thatWe are past the point of refunds, and as I had told him in the store my family and I will not be doing business with him in the futureHe told me that it doesn't matter as we had never done business with him previouslyWhen my stepson returned the tap, the man in the store was apologetic, not my stepsonThis complaint is merely to show that customer service is not as stellar as he seems to think it isAlso, my private information was given to this companyHE called me on my cell phone wanting to meet meI declined stating he needs to contact the Revdex.com and not to contact me as I was treated so horribly in the beginningI did not get an apology then either. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
