Had been a Client with this Cofor over years, but after these past weeks or so and having to deal w/Grant McKay especially it has been horrificThis individual has been so rude, unprofessional, negative, non-understanding, unforgiving, etc
There are Three parts to this situation: Invoice issues (which frankly am still quite concerned about, payment was submitted in 2017, McKay is claiming it has NOT), 2nd Issue: Sprinkler Repair for BackFlow Testing: $charge for small plastic part and min Labour incl: Backflow Testing itself after repair of part w/in Sprinkler systemMcKay threatening to take out the new part that his crew member installed & take back the Form submitted to Water Co which is thus Submitted to the State 3rd Issue: Being Threatened via e-mail msgs: This individual threatening me for Invoice payment, then for Parts & Labour, then Legal Documents sent to Water Co whom submits them to State Annually
