We put our survey out in good faith with the offer of a $off couponIt is standard practice to have the details of the offer on the coupon itself.? The headline of the offer is all that is in the initial statement to get someone to "click" on the offer.? I can name many examples from
my own coupon usage in both restaurants and other forms of retail to support this standard.? This is just for expedience and is not an intent to mislead.When we tested the survey numerous times it took us less than minutes to complete.? I am sorry that it took the consumer a little bit longer, there was no intent to mislead.We did put an end date one week after the end time for taking the survey.? It is helpful to us bookkeeping wise to have a relatively short period of time on the coupon.? However, we had agreed early on that we would honor coupons brought in late.? Had the consumer contacted us directly we would have told her as much.? As it is, she is still free to bring in her coupon and I promise it will be honored.We picked $as it is a typical check for two people and that way giving $off is 30% off and thereby a significant value.? We have no other complaints about this number.? Luckily we have both a huge menu and a large takeout section.? This coupon is NOT restricted to dionly (as some are) so the consumer can take something home for later if she needs to purchase a little more to get to $30.? I have taken the liberty of copying the consumer on this response so that she knows she can contact us directly now and always.We pride ourselves on not only serving fine food, but on being responsive to our customers.Thank you for your time
