I am rejecting this response because:I've had three roof leaks in three yearsThe first time I contacted Palm harbor and they did the repairThe second time I contacted Palm harbor and they said the home was out of warranty and I should contact *** at corkiesI told *** what Palm harbor said and he said that if he made a mistake he would make sure to take care of the repairs*** never came to look at my houseHe sent someone else to do the repairs since he said it was a bad install*** knew about the contract from the beginning and said he would stand behind his work*** even sent a contractor to repair the wallThe third roof leak happened xmas eve and he sent someone to look at*** sent me a text stating that the contract expired befor even calling the factory which proves that he knew about itI'm just asking for corkies to repair what they did wrong not the factoryThe factory installed a portion of the roof before it was delivered and corkies installed the restOriginally corkies admitted a failur to install the roof properly that's why they did the repair*** originally told me that if tis fault he would take care ofI discussed to issue with caulking?

*** ***s home was delivered (with a roof built by the factory) and setup by Corkys Mobile Home Transport and Setup March/April 2011. He contacted not only Corkys but Palmer Harbor as well concerning his roofing issues** *** failed to inform Corkys that the
home was over years old and the warranty was outUnaware that the warranty was out and the age of the home *** *** (owner of Corkys) went out to the home to inspectHe informed ** *** that he would send a contractor out to take a look and see what he could doStill at this time *** *** never mentioned the age of home or that his warranty with Palm Harbor was outAfter further inspection the contractor noted the damage was caused by black caulking under a roof vent that had cracked due to "age of home"Also causing water to damage/discolor his wall.We then called the factory and the factory informed us that they had already told *** *** that his warranty was out and it was his responsibility to maintain his homeWe have informed *** *** that this is not an issue for Corkys Mobile Home Transport and SetupCorkys did not charge ** *** for any services performed concerning this June 2,issueNor was he charged any fee from the contractor we sent outIt would be in *** ***s best interest to turn this into his home owners insurance and/or contact a professional rooferWe are only a delivery and setup companyWe are sorry for any confusion *** *** may have when it comes to who should take care of these repairsThis is just not Corkys Mobile Home Transport and Setups issue
