I need to have more information to look up the paperwork on this vehicle. I need to what the plate number of the vehicle it was and if it was towed off the Minneapolis street or if it was towed to our lot as a private property tow. Let me know when you can get back with the information.

property of the 3 stores that have parking there. If they were not in the bank at the cash machine, they were off the property. This lot is posted at several locations that if you leave the property, you will be towed. The fact that they came back to the lot with cookies from a vendor down the street could indicate they may have did left the TCF bank property a and went else where. The security company has deemed it a valid tow.

To Whom it May Concern:This is in response to the letters from Revdex.com and State of Minnesota that Mr. [redacted] contacted you about.  First issue is the lot he parked in has a pay machine and he did pay for parking.  As noted on the ticket that was printed our clearly states, you must leave the...

ticket on your vehicle as proof of payment.  the lot is monitored by a security company who calls us to tow the vehicles away that have not paid for parking or have failed to display proof of payment.  We do not tow the vehicles unless called to do so.The bike was safely towed on the tow truck without damage to the bike.  It was held up by safety straps and the wheels were set on the wheel lift.  this is general procedure for towing motorcycles.  The vehicles was not more the 1-1 1/2 feet off the ground.  The motorcycle was not dropped during the tow as Mr. [redacted] has stated.When Mr. [redacted] and his companion came to Corky's Towing to retrieve the motorcycle, they showed the parking ticket was paid and the price was reduced in half, for failing to leave the ticket with the vehicle.  The owner paid $125.50 for the release of his motorcycle.  Every customer is asked to sign the tow report to show who the vehicle was released to.  With their signature, they are confirming they have  retrieved their vehicle.Mr. [redacted] and his companion argued with the employees of Corky's, stating they were not going to sign anything.The threats that Mr. [redacted] says were made to him, I cannot see on video tape when those occurred.  When I spoke to him, he mentioned that three drivers were outside taking to him and I do not see when that happened.  Mr. [redacted] stated that he called the police to make a report about the damage to his bike but never came in the office again to fill out a damage claim form.  A damage claim form is filled out regardless if we did the damage or not.  Damages cannot be determined "on the spot" so we always fill out the form and check into all possibilities to see if damage was or was not done by the drivers.  Mr. [redacted] did not fill out a form and pictures were not taken here.  The damage that Mr. [redacted] claims could have happened any time after he left the lot.  The police never looked at the motorcycle.It is unfortunate that Mr. [redacted] had a bad experience that night with getting his companions motorcycle towed.  But.  At this time, we are denying his claim for the damages to his bike.  We will agree to refund the half price he was charged for the tow.  We understand that he may not know where he could have put the paid ticket on a motorcycle where in a car you put it on the dash.  Mr. [redacted] was argumentative with my customer service personnel that were only what is asked of them to do. Sincerely,Laurie [redacted]Corky's Towing[redacted]original document attached.
