Summit Movers moved me on June 18 of this year. They were courteous, friendly and did a marvelous job of getting my belongings safely and quickly to my new house. Their crew were tireless and never stopped until the job was done. The cost of the move was extremely inexpensive; much less than what it had cost me in previous moves. I believe it was because of the efficiency of the team they sent me. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to move their household.

Tim, Coy, and Carl handled our move yesterday. All thre were friendly and very professional. Our move went as smoothly as anyone could hope for and we had no concerns of damages. The team was efficient and communicative throughout the process. We are very happy with Summit Moving and will use them again in the future when it is time to move.

I had a great experience with Summit Moving & Storage and would not hesitate to use them again for any future moves. Ronnie Culver is very responsive, accommodating and never made me feel bad about trying to plan a last-minute move. He just made it work, and if he hadn't, I don't think I would have been able to pull it off. The movers, Tim & JP, were also wonderful. They were courteous, didn't waste any time and had positive attitudes the entire time. Summit Moving has an exceptionally dedicated, respectful, expedient and hardworking staff on their hands. I have zero complaints.

Rick and Rick moved 34 pieces of my “son’s stuff” from California. They were courteous, respectful and real professionals. They asked me questions regarding placement and did an exceptional job, overall. They are truly an asset to your company. If I had cash on hand I would have tipped them, but I expect you to do that.?? Thank you!

I used Summit Moving & Storage almost two months ago to deliver my brand new refrigerator to my new home. Upon delivering my refrigerator was dented & scratched while the young men was trying to get it through my front door. Unfortunately the young men tried to fit it through my front door without removing the door first. As they tried to fit the refrigerator through the door & me standing at a distance could tell it wouldn't fit without removing the door. As I've discussed & tried to come to resolution with the owner of the company & his assistant, they was told a lie by their employees saying that I told the young men "to just give it a push through my front door". My refrigerator was brand new, just cut out of the box, why would I ever want someone to push it through the door & risk damaging it. Not once has the company tried to contact me with a resolution, any effort to resolve this problem has all been on my behalf, the company has done nothing but blow me off.

Lost a table, never wrapped an antique clock that is now ruined, badly chipped a stone angel brought from England, missing boxes of valuable pictures and belongings for over a month, tried to deliver a chair that wasn't ours, missing lamp parts, missing yard items no follow-up over damages until 2 months later. AND they never confirmed move date and tried to deliver our households to the wrong address. They overcharged from their high estimate and charged for $30,000 of replacement coverage insurance $400 that was obviously not purchased on our behalf. The move was Oct 1 2018 and as of April 23, 2019 they still refuse to repair and pay for a $2,600. chest which is split down the side and badly scatched. They claim it was due to a previous repair but we had never repaired it. They also said we still owed $479. but we paid the full amount presented to us as the moving total at the eod of the move as they requested,. They are HORRIBLE.

Five stars. We moved our entire corporate office from Cleveland to Valley View, and Bill and his group walked us through exactly what we needed to do. They came out and estimated how many trucks it would take, figured out the timing of when certain things would need moved, and moved our furniture, office equipment and everything else exactly how they laid it out. Made the whole moving process stress free. I highly recommend *** for any moving job.

I seldom bother to rate anything, but this company is the exception. We received extraordinary service from Summit M&S. The crew was professional and conscientious, nothing was damaged and the move was done well within the time and cost estimates we were given upfront. Our experience was excellent.

I was quoted my move would be 6-8 hours with two movers. The move ended up being over 10 hours. It didn't help that one mover was nearly 60 years old. At initial quote, I clearly explained first floor apartment to second floor apartment. My belongings were delivered damaged and dirty. The movers emptied all my dresser drawers into boxes, ALL mixed together. I have moved several times in my life time...........I have never experienced that mode of moving dresser drawers. I even asked at initial quote if I should remove clothing from drawers. I was told no. I have pictures of everything!

The moving experience with Summit was fantastic! The guys were extremely polite and didn't mess around. My Mom sold her condo that she had lived in for almost 40 years and was moving into an apartment. The experience of moving and packing was extremely tough on her and she was in no way ready. You could tell the guys realized the move was tough on her and they did their best to make it bearable for her (and me). I appreciate everything they did and thank you!

Summit moving did everything they said they would. They were very professional, friendly and punctual! The price was reasonable and the guys didn’t mind when I changed my mind, and had them move a book shelf somewhere else! Thanks for making our move a success!

Hard working crew, got down to business as soon as they arrived and kept at it until the job was complete. Great value for service provided. Moving into the new house some damage was accidentally done to the stairs (not taking away any of the previous comments about hard work). Called Summit's office to explain and was immediately sent paperwork to explain what happened. Provided pictures and their forms back, and they immediately contacted me to say they will send a check for the repairs.
Very pleased with the service. Honorable organization.
