April 10th 2018This letter is to inform Andrea [redacted] that she will not be able to receive an refund for the [redacted] A6 purchased on March 20th, 2018 due to the paperwork she signed and discussed with the sales rep. Andrea signed two forms stating that she was buying a car with no dealers warranty and the moment she leaves the premises, she could not get a refund. All of cars go through a general maintenance check, which checks suspension, engine and transmission. If nothing is falling from the suspension and the engine and transmission shows good we will sell the vehicle. All customers are informed that theses vehicles are sold as is  and before purchase they are welcome to test drive and bring a mechanic. Also if we saw something was wrong with the vehicle then we would have fixed it because we have an mechanic shop on the premises. Malik informed her that she could bring it here and we would see if we could fix it for a discounted price. Andrea refused and stated she just wanted a refund, but unfortunately that is not our policy especially when all  policy and procedures are discussed at signing. Andrea stated she understood everything and test drove the vehicle before purchase so I regret to inform her that there will be no refund processed for this deal.Cars Auto GroupChrissy [redacted]. I am rejecting this response because: when I first brought the car my mom and I both asked about the engine and transmission. Malik said there was nothing wrong with the engine or transmission.  My mom also asked if anything were to go wrong would malik be able to fix the issue. Malik said yes. when the car began to leak excessive oil I called malik about the problem I did not get a response via phone. I also sent text messages I still have that also gotten no response. I came to the shop in person with a mechanic and ask malik in front of witneswitnesses 2 times can he please help me and take a look at the car and fix the issue. Malik refused. Malik told me there's nothing he can do. I said if you can do anything can you please take the car back and refund my money. Malik told me no he will not touch the car, look at the car, or want the Car back. Malik also stated to the country club hills police department that cars auto shop doesn't have a mechanic to work on the car or look at the car.malik did not want to have anything else to do with the car.  I also have a police report and the police badge number who will stand forth if called upon. I asked malik prior to purchase if there was anything wrong with the car he told me that they put in a brand new water pump and in order to do that with how the car was made they have to take almost everything apart and put it back together again but he assured me nothing else was wrong. Malik also told me before purchase I would not be allowed to bring another mechanic to look at any of their cars they do not allow any outside vendors. I have another witness who heard and was present for these conversations. The car had 165,000 apon purchase and now as it sits 165,130.  It has not been 30days by law of a purchase. The car leaked all the oil out of it by the second day of purchase. And cars auto group refused to service me or even look at the car. I was lied to about the car (false advertising) and since there's is nothing that cars auto group will do I would like a refund
