Brandon did a great job. We had called for dimmers and fan timers and he provided us with additional safety equipment. I will sleep better tonight knowing all of my electrical systems are protected. He was very personable and did a great job.

I am so very pleased with how Kelsey from Corley Plumbing took care of all my needs today. Not only did he repair all issues in a timely manner, but took the time to answer all questions. He was very respectful and knowledgeable.

I have been a platinum club member for several months now. I signed up after seeing Mr. Corley's ad on TV. I am sure glad I did. Soon after signing up I had HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical issues that had to be taken care of. Corley's technicians are the most professional. and kind technicians I have ever dealt with. In each case, the highly trained technicians listened while I explained my problems, did a diagnostic in each case, and came up with several options for repair/and or replacement. I was allowed, with their knowledge and suggestions, to make the decision on which way I wanted to go. These gentlemen really knew their stuff and I have been so very impressed with Corley. I would recommend them to every homeowner that's reading this. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the same professionalism I get with each of the ladies on the office staff. They are true professionals and take the time to listen, treat me with kindness and respect, and point me in the right direction, at times going out of their way. My Corley has built a first-rate organization and he should be proud of what he's created. Again I would recommend them to any homeowner looking for HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical help.

I now understand why Corley is more expensive than most. I had excellent service from both Chris and Chad S. Very knowledgeable and professional. I had a Phenomenal Aire cleaner installed . I had done a mold test in the morning and will repeat it in a month to see if this system is doing what is promised. I would def use this co again. Should my second mold test come back unfavorable I might rethink my opinion due to daughters severe mold reactions. So far so good. Fingers crossed it works.

There are not too many companies that give the attention and care to their customers like Corley. Within 24 hours of my call the technician, Chad, was at my home fixing the problem.
Chad arrived at 8:00 PM! He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem. I greatly appreciated his explanation of the air conditioner problem and what he intended to do to ameliorate the situation. By 10:00 PM the system was running again and my home cooled down to allow for a good nights sleep.
What I love about Corley:
1. They try very hard to schedule your job in a timely manner. How many companies would send a technician out at 8 PM?
2. The technicians are always courteous, polite, and non-condescending. This is especially important to me - I get very tired of the “you wouldn’t understand little old lady” attitude.
3. Corley stands by their work. If they installed the equipment, they fix it and keep it running.
Finally, Chad is a treasure! How often do you have fun talking to your technician?

I was having a problem with a brand new *** air conditioning system. Several different Corley employees, came out on different days. I was very unhappy with the results. When Chad came out, he is also associated with Corley, and explained to me in detail what was going on, and he also took the time out to check out everything associated with the system, along with testing the temperature inside the house, and showing me, I was satisfied. Chad restored my faith in Corley. I highly recommend Chad. Thanks Chad for your professionalism, and knowledge.

Corley's staff performed very well in responding to our need for a replacement A/C unit during the recent heat wave. They provided us with temporary cooling units while we waited for the installation so that we could remain in the comfort of our home. Their technicians and managers answered all of our questions about the equipment and the installation. By providing a solution to a design deficiency in our return air system, Corley made it possible for the replacement A/C system to perform more efficiently than the original. Great job!

They arrived when they said they would. After surveying the work, they were able to give a price. The work was done in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the work of Chad and Matthew.

I have used Corley before. The best evaluation of excellence work is calling Corley for other jobs.

Chad L was the technician that worked on my house. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional and also very safety conscious. He did excellent work and took the time to explain things to me. I would highly recommend Chad and will request him in the future if I need additional work.

One of our bathroom drains was not working properly. Daniel with Corley came out and determined the least expensive way to find the problem and correct it. I appreciate his knowledge and help in showing me the problem and how to fix it in the future.

Buyer beware is key to working with Companies like Corley. I was trying to get service on my tankless hot water heater. I was told there would be an initial service charge of $39 which was ok with me. He spent an hour looking at the unit to determine the same thing I had already figured out. The unit was not firing. Simple problem for any device like this. Either no spark or no gas. I did this in less than the 10 minutes I looked at it before he came to the house. We were then informed that a full diagnostics would be required at a cost of $365 plus the initial $39 before he could proceed with any further. This did not include parts or labor to repair the unit. Another option they offered was a full replacement for $5523. This was for a new more efficient unit. After all my unit was 9 years old and only 84% efficient. This was not acceptable to me. I called another company. He suggested as I had already concluded that the igniter was not working. I ordered the part directly from the company that built the unit. The price was $12.00 for the replacement part. I am sure the technician would have come to the same conclusion. Add another $200 to $300 for the repair. So the unit was fixed for less than $50 (including overnight shipping). If I would have gotten a bill from Corley for $200 that would seem almost reasonable for this repair, I would not complained. Instead the bill from Corley would have been closer to $600 or more. And that $5523 replacement, I looked on line for the unit they suggested. It was less that $1400 online. So the labor, additional parts and the 12 year warranty they were offering was $4100. Not sure what I was getting for my money. This was almost 3 times the value of the unit. In a 12 year period I could have replaced the unit 3 times. Well at least 2 times. These units have an exception service life. I have read it can be 20 years or more. So replacing my unit did not seem like a reasonable response when all that was needed was a $12 part to repair the unit. As far as speed of repair is concerned. The part had to be shipped in from the manufacturer since there are no local supply houses for these parts. Corley told me they serviced all units but they are not a service provider recommended by the manufacturer. So they would not carry parts for this unit. It would have been the next day to repair the unit. I really feel sorry for those people who feel they did a great job. What they did not realize is that they paid way too much for what they got. Fair pricing is not what you get with Corley.

I appreciate your explanation of your experience with us. I'm sorry that you weren't satisfied with our service. I take your comments very seriously even though I many not be in agreement with all of them.
Tankless water heaters are normally very reliable, until they aren't. Our experience with them has taught us to be careful in our diagnosis since one problem can signal additional problems related to it. That's the reason we recommend a full diagnostic In order to eliminate further issues.
In addition, most of our customers value repair vs. replacement pricing. It helps them to make an informed decision. Sometimes it makes more sense to repair and at other times the cost benefit is better if replaced.
We gave you all of your options and pricing up front. You chose to go a different route and I hope your diagnosis and repair prove to be a permanent fix to your problem. Again, thank you for your feedback. It's a helpful way to coach our team and allows us to improve.

These guys are the biggest ripoffs I have seen in 30 years in the construction business. They want to charge $500 to snake a drain line. Seriously!? They dont give you a straight answer to a straight question. Everything is blablabla fill out a report--dont call them because you will not get a fair price--shame on them.

I had a clogged kitchen sink. They told me it would be $39.50 for a service call. When he arrived he informed me that the charge would be $409 to snake the drain line. I had it snaked 2 years ago for less than half this but couldn't recall the name of the plumber. Corley probably does quality work but their pricing is at a premium that I can't afford. I had to pay $40 to find out what the total charge would be. They should give a ball park before sending out for service.

We are sorry that we weren't able to help you, and we understand your concern. Giving a price over the phone even a ballpark is difficult because there can be so many scenarios that can exist. Our customer service reps are amazing at what they do, but they aren't trained plumbers. Because of that, they may not know the right questions to ask. That is why we have to assess every situation in person.

I found another local plumber who fixed my problem for $120. It took him 10 minutes. Corley is WAY overpriced.

Our toilet has been sluggishly flushing for a while. We called Corley Plumbing to schedule an appointment. We needed the camera put from the toilet drain to the house cutoff (maximum 25 ft.), then to the street (92 ft.) to see what was causing the problem. We asked for an approximate cost. We were told that the service call would be $40.00, but they would not give a job estimate until they were at the site. The toilet was already removed when the associate arrived. The associate quoted us $503.00 for a job that would take; in my estimation from previous experience, 30 minutes to an hour. The $503.00 was only for the actual “scoping”, with additional expense if a problem was discovered. We paid the $40.00 and cancelled the job. We do not mind paying fair and reasonable prices, but that amount was absurd. Needless to say, we will not call this plumbing service again.

As he explained we aren't able to provide pricing over the phone because every situation is different and while our Customer Service Representatives are amazing, they aren't trained technicians. We will always continue to provide pricing up-front, and in writing for all jobs that we do once our techs can assess the situation fully. We do understand that our pricing and level of service may not fit into every budget. If we can ever be of assistance, we are here to help.
