Corley plumbing drain snake is stuck in my toilet sewer drain which has been exposed in my downstairs' bathroom since 9/25/2024, Corley has NOT contacted us, said anything not even offer us a portable potty. We have sewer smell in the house, not to mention the sewerage they waste on the basement step and didn't clean it up, which was wash down into our basement. The hurricane flooded our basement so now its weeps the smell of sewerage. It's been 22 days not one word. But they knew what they did after speaking with another plumbing company, they informed us it's going to cost us $50k/$60K to get the drain snake out and replace the sewer lines since it's under a concrete slab. 10/16/2024 the drainpipe started backing up into our bathtub and toilet due to the drain snake blocking and stuck in the sewer line.

We are not able to move out, hotels are pricey and the one FEMA will pay for are booked solid, my son had an asthma attack Sunday and went to the doctor Thursday night, my husband and I coughing, and runny nose, my daughter is having headaches and runny nose it's sad how they have abandon us like this at a time like this. Who knew your this sh-t could make you sick or kill you.
