Cornelia Covington and Associates

Had my property managed by them for a year. Horrible with communication. I would email and not get contacted back for at least 4 days. Would call, leave messages, and still not get a return call for 3 or 4 days. Obviously don't care about their customers. "Monthly" owner's statements never have one month on there; sometimes 3 months all on one. Completely confusing. [redacted] has a attitude if you try to ask about concerns. I never knew the amount I was going to receive every month because they wouldn't verify what was coming out that month. Literally was a surprise every month. Horrible. I would rather hire my dog to manage my property than them.
