Thank you for giving me the opportunity to respond to this claimThe communication throughout this particular project was daily, either through in person, text message or phone conversation, sometimes at 10:at night, any and all concerns were addressed in a timely manner and with the homeowners approvalHearing that there was a communication problem is absurdThere was a leak, that was fixed and not lasting long enough to cause any sort of water damageThis was a bathroom renovation, there was never a point where the homeowners were without a working toilet or running water for an extended period of time, as far as a shower, yes once the tile was placed they were asked not to step on the tile, which they ignored this request, but we w89ere reassured by the wife that this was "no big deal, we have friends close by to shower" The project was never unsafe nor unhealthy for anyone living in this particular homeThe "mess" in the home during the renovation was just that, common renovation type messes, that were cleaned at the end of every day and was certainly picked up upon completion of the job, the homeowners pictures of final work is compairingly different then our final pictures of the work doneThe homeowner, throughout this renovation had asked for "extras" one was moving a?

This is my response to the complaint against my company I am contacting the Revdex.com tomorrow to discuss where this is going Mr** has been bad mouthing my company ever since we finished his job Never giving me the opportunity to work through this matter I took the time to fix everything on his list regardless of the fact that most of his complaints had nothing to do with our contractIt seems he is deliberately trying to ruin my good reputation with accusationsThe nonsense about the friend he referred me to is absolutely inappropriate First of all my assistant never spoke to this woman on the phone, nor did she attempt calling Mr*** friend She simply was following up with a potential customer, which is something we do quite often As for the supposed comment I made, on the woman's appearance, I find it very contradictory on Mr *** part, as he would mention his thoughts on the appearance of ***, his tattoo artist to me and my men In fact stating how he is "in love' with her He, being a return customer and someone with whom I became quite familiar with, actually set the tone for that type of banter He likes to state we were not friends like that, yet he had no problem asking me to go to his open house with him and give him my thoughts on his new house I not only joined him on a Sunday to go to the open house but I had several phone conversations and emails during the time he was looking for a house. I would like to make one other point to address the lies being spoken about me The Saturday in which he mentions not being able to reach me is a joke As a single father and owner of a new business I have been really stressed outAn ambulance was called for me the night before Mr ** claims I was unreachable I had a severe anxiety attack and was mentally and physically exhausted> I was unable to discuss anything with anybody yet I still thought of Mr** and sent my father to his house to keep him posted I also have the email thread between Mr** and my assistant *** *** She explains what had happened and his response and amount of pure selfishness in awful I can go on and on as I have text and email threads of this nonsense proving my innocenceI will be contacting the Revdex.com tomorrow as I no longer wish to mediate this situation Mr ** has taken this too far and I do not deserve the outright lies he has spoken I believe his efforts are disgusting to say the least Going as far as illegally recording me and smearing my name has lead me to seek a legal opinion It's one thing to be dissatisfied but another to do what Mr** has done and continues to do Defamation of Character is very serious and I believe this situation qualifies for thatIllegally recording me and contacting my employees along with the pictures and refusing to pay for the extra work I have done is all harassment in my opinion

There was a clear lack of poor communication that even the General Contractor ("GC") noted and apologized profusely beforeI don't understand how he's imagining anything differentOn top of that, the poor quality of work that was provided produced a high level of stressIt could be due to the fact that *** and his workers aren't licensed by the state of Massachusetts to do the workThey aren't showing up on any registry searchesBeyond that, I've had to put in several hours of my own work (not to mention expenses: allen wrenches, goo-gone, carpet cleaner solution, carpet steamer, wood floor cleaner, extra grout, a caulking gun + caulk, electrical wall receptacles, extra sink parts)On top of this, there was a level of unprofessionalism throughout the whole process - some which are detailed below: 1) I introduced him to a friend who was seeking workHe called me back shortly thereafter stating something inappropriate about how attractive she wasShe felt uncomfortable naturally and since then, his assistant has emailed and called her asking if she wanted to pursue hiring ***Of course, the answer was no but in ***'s assistants email, there was a negative and nasty tone signaling that *** had already done a lot of work in the estimate. 2) One of ***'s workers had caused a leak that went from the bathroom into the basementAfter I told him of this (at this point, I didn't have reliable running water for hours), *** apologized and came to fix it which I was thankful forHowever, when *** mentioned that worker would no longer be on the job, that same worker showed up to my home Saturdays later unannounced, rang my doorbell, came into the house and then used my bathroomThen he leftVery strangeTwo hours later, ***'s father and his worker "***" (I think?) came to my house looking for the said worker and I told him the story and how he left***'s father and *** then said they would be back and that they were going to track him down I didn't hear from ***, his father, ***, *** or anyone for nearly hoursI sat around waiting all day for someone to come back to perform work and wasted a working day. These are just a few examples of the unprofessionalism and poor communication/management during the process.
