Cornelius has forged most of the documents pertaining to that car in his favor
Cornelius is calling me s liar and scam artists without no evidence, he cheated me in the sale of the vehicle
By forging the $on a bill of sale that wasn't there and he just added it and forgot that he had ran a bunch of lies
I'm very happy he claims he has filed s lawsuit for the remaining balance owed on vehicle, coz I can't wait to go to court with him
Because I was going to Sue him if he didn't, I'm not going to keep exchanging emails with someone who I deem is a carreer
Rip off auto dealer,I have already discouraged as much people as I can not to ever purchase a car from him
And I thinks he should be out of business,I know several others that have had very similar issues with him not once

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,*** ***
The claim made by Cornelius that I promosed to make a double payment is a blatant lie
I told him the timing belt went out and needed to skip one payment then will continue the following month,I never promised
Making any double payment, when I realized how much I was spending just to fix the already broken car that he sold to me,I decided to ask
Him for the balance I owe on my car,he gave me such a ridiculous balance, of almost 4k mean while my receipts shows I only owe about
2k so when I requested to solve the balance issue with Cornelius he immediately came and reposed the car,
He has fixed all documents to work in his favor, but all my receipts and paperwork prove exactly how much I owe,so please you might want to ask him to submit his paperwork And I submit mine too

*** ***, Revdex.com Resolutions Consultant Re: ID # ***/*** ** *** Cornelius Auto is dedicated in its endeavor to sell quality used vehicles and works very hard at that commitmentUnfortunately in the used car business some vehicles do break down unexpectedly at no fault of any person
The complainant inspected the vehicle prior to purchase and contractually accepted vehicle as is, with no warranties and agreed to pay all cost for any repairs The vehicle purchased by the customer was test driven and found to be to their likingThere were no known defects with the vehicle other than what was obvious to their eyesThe book value of the vehicle is over $3,according to our book value sourcesThe exaggerated under book value of the vehicle by the complainant makes it difficult to rely on the creditability of the overall complaintCornelius Auto

Re: Case ID # [redacted] Mr. [redacted] had been given balances owed on his vehicle on numerous occasions during the year of purchase. He made no issue of the balance until he came into financial difficulty and could not make his payment. He also had spoke with the owner and acknowledged total purchase price was $8,000 with a $1000 deduction a trade-in.  He asked the owner if he would be willing to give a deduction for thebelt cost. The owner was not willing to do that. Mr. [redacted] returned the next day and spoke with the office manager. Mr. [redacted] claimed his contract only showed he purchased the vehicle for $5,750. The office manager reminded him of his bill of sale contract for an additional $2,500 and told him she was unable to locate it at the time. Since she had been dealing with him for nearly a year and accepting payments and giving him receipts and written balances on request she was shocked that he was claiming he only purchased vehicle for $5,750. The office manager immediately called the owner. The owner was placed on a three way conversation with Mr. [redacted] and asked why he was telling the office manager he only paid $5,750 for the Audi. Mr. [redacted] responded that the office manager did not have the paperwork to prove it so therefore it does not exist. The owner then reminded him that they had spoken a day earlier In his office and Mr.[redacted] acknowledged he had purchased the vehicle for $8,000 and requested a discount due to the timing belt cost. Mr. [redacted] responded that he conservation never happened. It was clear that Mr. [redacted] was a liar and was attempting to run a scam due to misplaced papers by Cornelius Auto. The paper was eventually located and given to Mr. [redacted]. It does not appear that he chose to notify the B.B.B. and retract his bogus claim. On 7-14-15 a lawsuit was filed against Mr. [redacted] for the balanced owned on contract. [redacted]
