These tenants moved out of the *** *** on 8/31/They did not provide us with a forwarding address so we mailed a copy of the move out report along with their refund to the last known address on file, which was their old apartmentWe had not received their
deposit back in the mail and therefore did not know they did not receive it until this complaintAt no time did they try to contact our office and inquire about their refund
We have verified with our bank that the check has not been cashed so we placed a stop payment on the check and are issueing it today to the tenants and mailing it to the address that they provided in an e-mail that they sent to our office today, October 19th, by two day mail
