The patient contacted the healthcare center on January 28, 2016 and was told that a refund would be processed to him in the amount of $270.00. I apologized for any miscommunication and confusion. It was explained that a refund could take approximately two weeks. His mailing addressed was verified for purposes of forwarding a reimbursement check. Patient was happy to hear that he would be refunded and confirmed his mailing address. On February 9, 2016 a refund in the amount of $270.00 was mailed to the patient at the address he confirmed.
