If you are considering hiring this company - DON'TThis company hires subcontractors who are on the "shady" of workersThey don't complete simple jobs (ex: it took different people to paint the interior of an empty house and there were still splotches on the wallThe project manager only shows up to collect a check but never bothered to pay attention to the workers' workCabinet doors were painted after new knobs were put onWalls were painted then the propped interior doors on the painted walls to paint the doors; no tarps were placed on the floors so paint splattered all over the new laminate floorsNew light fixtures were put up THEN they painted thus getting paint over new light fixturesThis was a disasterWe had to pay another contractor to come in and FIX all of the things these people messed upA total disasterContacted the owner and he was too busy to stop by and check on his workers work either because he was headed to pick up another job in FtValleyBeware

Cornell Res Handyworks & Repairs never showed up After months of trying to get him to my place for several jobs, I finally gave up I suspect he didn't think my work would earn him enough money Jobs too small for him, I guess
