I understand Mr***’s frustration As I stated in my previous response.It is our intention to re-pave the driveway in the spring Weather permitting we will have paving done by the date Mr*** requested.John R*** / Roth Paving
I did respond when first received Evidently after grading andpaving drive the area underneath the new paving settledThis rarelyhappens It was fine when job was completed Customer was happyand paid after completion This job was done with good intentions .Unfortunately an
attempt to temporarily fix the drive until spring when asphalt plantsreopen was unsuccessful We plan to repave the drive in the spring

Turning claim into my insuranceTheir claim is unreasonableI'll just let my insurance deal with it
