I purchased an Incubator from them, paid in full, then also charged an additional fee for shipping. I then received an invoice for additional shipping charges after having already paid. Then when I emailed them saying I was already charged and wouldn't be paying an additional fee they got rude over email and canceled my order. Due to my financial institution I cannot receive refunds back on my card and am now out about $1000 USD.
Customer placed order on my website at 11:30pm on Friday night. The website clearly states that the shipping won't properly calculate for large items (Especially US orders) and needs to be manually calculated. Customer was emailed on Saturday stating this fact and offered to refund if the actual cost wasn't accepted or payment for the actual shipping cost would be required. Customer didn't reply. Monday morning the customer was emailed again with the corrected amount through quickbooks but was made aware that if it wasn't acceptable they would be refunded. Customer responded very rudely that I am to honour the price he paid or he would be ruining my business by posting negative reviews all over the internet. I reiterated that the website clearly stated the issue and the customer wasn't wanting to pay the correct amount the web order would be refunded. I have included the email screenshots as well as the refunded transaction through my cc provider. This was also emailed to the customer. I trust that these emails and the return will clear this customer issue up.

I am rejecting this response because:
Still waiting on a refund. Needs to be physically mailed to me by check. Or they can still ship the original product. Either way I want my money back or the product I paid for.
