She could take classes at another local Barre studio, attend class at the Short Pump location, or go on a payment plan. The business has been paying the customer and she is only due...
$130 which the business should be able to finish paying back at the end of the month. When the customer made this purchase it was non-refundable or transferable but the business has been working with her as best as can be done.

However, I want to state that the amount still owed is $138.
I understand that the business had been working as best as could be done, however the business then became non-responsive for months. I only received the 3rd payment after contacting the Revdex.com.
I hope that the business is able to finish paying back the $138 at the end of April, as stated in the response.
I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. If the company does not perform as promised I can get back to you at: [redacted]

Review: On 11/27/14 I purchased a paid in full one-year contract at the Corner Barre Midlothian, VA location. The business closed on 9/1/15, while I still had 5 months left on my membership. On 8/16/15 the owner had offered me reimbursement of my remaining contract through a payment plan starting September 2015. She stated that I would be reimbursed in 1-4 monthly payments starting in October. I received a payment in October & December 2015, and then they stopped. My original year contract was due to expire in February 2016, however my reimbursement has still not been met. Corner Barre has had my money for over a year yet still owes me $238. I have contacted the owner multiple times and she has not responded to my requests since November 2015 (4 months ago).Desired Settlement: I am requesting that Corner Barre refund the $238 I am owed.
This was the compensation plan offered by the Corner Barre owner and accepted by me last August.
However, the agreed upon reimbursement has not been met.
