The customer did not do any surface prep for the paint coming off the surface in only weekRegardless, we offered her free paint to re-paint the poolOur warranty is specific to a warranty of paint replacement only, which she refused

I am responding to the Sept. 27th letter that was received. Due to a system issue, there was a delay in processing the customer’s credit. The customer did receive their credit on 9/19/17.
