I received the complaint and have looked into it along with attaching all the corresponding documents. In error we charged her the wrong amount but it was fixed along with a credit of $applied to her account. We resent her the corrected invoice and apologized for the error on
our part. She posted a payment several months later with the corrected invoice. It was my understanding that after discussing the error and correcting the invoice that she was fine with the bill and would be sending payment. Our first payment was received on 4/1/12. That was the only payment received after several phone calls stating payment would be made. Re-piping was required as the customer purchased a much taller water heater

I figure if in fact they used all the claimed material for installing it was 75 + 2.7 hours at 85. 305-100 =205. Tell them to fax or email the itemized old and new bill .
