at the four-plex, originated in your unit not from your neighbor in Unit AIt
was determined that there was no sign of an insect infestation in Unit A

Company is in no way liable for the damages to your possessions due to the
roach problem in your unitTherefore, your demand for damages is deniedThe
request to terminate your rental agreement is not valid as well, because the
insect problem was in your unit and therefor your responsibly

This is a matter that is between a former tenant and property owner/client of Corner Post CompanyIt was explained to the tenant *** several times that Corner Post Company had a management contract with the property owner which means we act as the same entityTherefore your agreements were
with the owner through my companyIt is impossible for me to give you money that I don’t haveIt is unfortunate that the rent money was not refunded back to youIn the interest of settling this with you even though it is not my responsibility I am sending a check to you today for $and I will then attempt to collect this money back from the owner myself

Corner Post Company LLC takes all complaints from tenants
seriously and addresses all of them to the best of our ability. We have
addressed the complaints received from the [redacted] about his neighbors
and investigated them. Unfortunately most of the complaints that he lists are...

person or hearsay stories, which we have not been able to substantiate in order
to take legal action against the other tenants in the building.  Corner Post Company does have policies in
place to enforce our lease agreements and addendums and the policies are
applied to all tenants equally.  Corner
Post Company is addressing the pest control issues at the building and since
they are ongoing we will be monitoring the issues as needed. Unfortunately Mr.
[redacted] choose not to honor his lease agreement or inform Corner Post Company that
he had vacated the unit. Since Mr. [redacted] choose to move out of the unit we

written Notice of Termination from our tenants when they intend to terminate
their rental agreement. We require notice prior to the 1st of the

notice period is also for thirty days. We do not allow tenants to move out in
the middle of the month. This is explained in detail to all tenants when they
initially sign their rental agreement and again when they submit their written
termination notice. We do tell tenants that they can pay the full months’ rent
and move out during the month whenever they like.  If they return the keys to us before the end
of the notice month, and we are able to re-lease the unit during that time

I am rejecting this response because: An email was sent on May 3rd Informing you that I had terminated the lease agreement per state law.  They criminal activity of the  person that has been in and out can be proven, such as in the form of a news paper and public access court documents. So, therefore it is not hearsay. Also police records indicate that they have arrested him at that address multiple times, which again is public access. Also there are witnesses. Also ten days had passed until I received a response from corner post. From the previous complaint on Revdex.com, this seems like a pattern.
