I am rejecting this response because the details provided in this response are categorically untrue I did not yell in the store, nor was I angry Upon noting to the cashier that the practice of instituting a surcharge was, in fact, illegal, I was not offered an ATM to use, nor did the topic come up in my discussion with the store employee Instead, the employee gave me a bit of attitude (which I kind of understand because I'm sure he was frustrated, however it's still a bit unprofessional), told me it was not illegal for them to charge me an additional $0.50, offered to provide me with his boss' information and also said it was fine for me to contact my bank if I had a problem with their policiesI have not done the latter, as I was hoping to avoid that, however, I am happy to also file a complaint with *** and use the business owner's own admission of charging me $as evidenceTo be perfectly clear, ** state statute (*** *** *** *** ***(a) (West) indicates that "No seller may impose a surcharge on a buyer who elects to use any method of payment, including, but not limited to cash, check, credit carcd, or electonic means." Further, *** merchant rules indicate that merchants are not able to assess surcharges greater than 4% of my purchase As the merchant admitted, the purchase was for $and the surcharge of $is 15% of the total cost Accordingly, as stated previously, I would like the merchant to return to me the $surcharge

Store on 10/16/16 around evening time and she bought some stuff and the amount was $3.29 and we have minimum $10.00 on debit or Credit card, so we request her to use ATM machine or if she want buy some stuff or we can charge for convienience fee which is .50 cents but she denied and she was mad on my employee and yelling in the store.   But however how can we resolve the case which is important for my business and let me know I am more then happy to take care of it.   Thanks for your help in advance.   [redacted] 20[redacted]
