I'll try to keep my story short...My small business was in the hunt for some financing/funding, as we ran through a rough period recently and money became tight Received a very nice form e-mail from *** *** Senior Funding Specialist at Rapid Capital, and decided to give them a try Spent a lot of time putting together the information they'd requested, and faxed it off to them Sent *** an e-mail Never got a reply to my e-mail, or a confirmation of any kind that they had received my faxes Over a month went by, with no communication from them at all, while we were waiting to see if we got funding Today I finally e-mailed *** asking for an update, and got a very short, cold e-mail that essentially said "oh ya, by the way, you were declined" So this guy with the nice form letter turns out is an absolute ***, who apparently only has time and courtesy for those who are approved I've found this kind of behavior several times with other similar companies, and I'm fed up with it and have decided to start reporting my experiences so that other consumers don't make the same mistake Anyone reading this...there are other good companies out there who will loan you money, don't waste your time on these guys Very bad experience Oh and on a final note, I wrote *** an e-mail expressing my frustration, and asking for his manager's contact info Didn't get a reply Awful customer service If anyone from Rapid Capital reads this, I would like to speak to ***'s supervisor/manager Thanks

Robocall pretending to be Emily R. asking everything there is to know about my business. I thought robocalls where not legal? Anyways why would anyone work with a company using this tactic, it is completely unprofessional and in my opinion rude.

Before they give you the 50 they take out 1,150 dollars so the loan was basically for 48850. They then immediately took out 547 dollars a day. I have paid them back over 20,000 dollars in less than 1 and a half months and I requested a buyout so I can pay them off early and they don't won't to do it. They want me to pay out the entire 69,000 dollars in less than 2 months. They have given me the run around for a week now they transfer me to different people and never have any answers . Rapid Capital Funding, is a loan company that will stalk and prey on small businesses trying to grow. They offer loans based on income not credit. Not true. They offer the option for the businesses to pay back the loan completely, at once if they choose to do so . Not true. This company knows that their rates and the time in which they have to be paid, will and have destroyed small businesses. They use aggressive sell pitches based on fantasies to take advantage of the financial ignorance of some business owners. Once the loan approval process is completed, you get the money in your account, they will disappear from the face of the earth.
I find it insane that this company is Revdex.com credited. The fact that they are, and use it as their main sell pitch in order to provide some sort of credential to their customers, demonstrates the corruption of Revdex.com, and how worthless it basically is.

We are a small business and when we choose to expand , our capital did not flow in as fast as our expenses accumulated, Rapid capital was very quick and very understanding about or needs ! Not only did they fund us once but when we needed extra funds in a hurry the did not hesitate to help us ! I recommend this type of funding to any construction company or small business needing funds !
