I got a message asking for additional information. If you could revise my complaint with the following paragraph, it will be changed to state that I became aware of the problem on 5/8/2015.I had placed an order with them for a [redacted] figure on 8/25/2014....

 Nearly a year later, it looked like they were never getting the figure. I e-mailed them on 4/23/15 asking when will they receive the figure to which I was answered with "currently we do not have an ETA". I replied to that message and I decided to cancel the order and ask for a refund. That was on 5/8/2015, and the first of four e-mails throughout June and July repeatedly asking to do so. I then called them on 7/10/14 to talk to someone who deals with online orders. I gave [redacted] my order number and they said it was cancelled, but refunds were handled by the store owner so I would have to wait.  It is now August 2015 and I have not received my refund of approximately $220.

Review: In Dec 3, 2014, I ordered the product "Rick Grimes 10 inch" (Order Number [redacted]) in the site www.cornerstorecomics.com/, which was in pre-order. In the same day I emailed the store asking when, more or less, the item would be shipped. The owner said: The first batch of those should be arriving here next Wednesday.

So, in Jan 6, 2015, I emaild the store again asking if the item was already shipped. But I had no answer.

In Jan 8, 2015 emailed again. No answer.

In Jan 10, 2015 emailed again. No answer.

In Jan 19, 2015 emailed again, begging an answer . No answer again.

And finally I emailed again in Jan 27. But no answer too.

Since I ordered, in the website the order status is "Pending".Desired Settlement: I just want to know when my product will be shipped. I know it was in "pre-order" when I bought, but 2 two months have passed and I don't have any information about the product.

And little more respect from the seller, that should answer the customers emails.

If the product will not be shipped, I wan't my money back.

Review: I've paid Corner Store Comics in advance for four products in a matter of pre-orders. One payment was made on April 9th 2013 for $362.24, one payment on April 24th 2013 also $362.24, and two payments on June 5th 2014, one of $282.24 and one of $249.99, all for products plus shipping, giving me a total of $1256.71.

The products were released, three of them are sold out, and Corner Store Comics never fulfilled my orders.

They refuse to answer my e-mails or to talk to me over the phone to solve this issue. I can provide the order numbers, print screens of the orders on my account on their web site and the [redacted] receipts for the payments.Desired Settlement: I want the money I've paid for these products back
