I am rejecting this response because:
The issue presented is not addressed by the business, Anderson Drilling and PumpsThe issue, again, is that in spite of my visit to the premises to ask for a valid itemized receipt (from the Owner’s son and which was to be sent via mail later), no valid itemized receipt has been forthcoming from this business for my tax preparerI asked for this receipt after paying the charge on my credit card bill (and after not hearing from Anderson Drilling at all: no messages, no texts, no phone calls, no letters in the mail)I have attached the receipt that was sent out by the son after my visit near the end of SeptemberIt is not acceptable for my tax accountantIt lists the job location as Kent (instead of Brady Lake Village/Franklin Township with a postal address of Ravenna, Ohio)This immediately makes this not a valid receipt for IRS purposes since there is a Lincoln in Kent about a 5-10-minute drive from the job locationThe job site address must be *** *** ***, postal Ravenna, Ohio There is no itemization (or breakdown) in the charge (i.ejust a grand total) which, by the way, is more than the $that was quoted over the phone by Dave L***If Anderson Drilling and Pumps is not able to provide an itemized receipt for some reason, the business should be able to complete and fill in the information at the bottom of the receipt template, in addition to filling in the corrected address with an updated time stamp on the receipt for the IRS. Here are the items that are minimally required and currently left blank on Anderson Drilling and Pumps’ “receipt”: Make of pump, Cause of trouble, Depth Ft, Ftto Water, Gallons per Minute, and Hours(Refer to invalid receipt for IRS attached that was sent out by the son.) NOTE: If I find the information on the future receipt does not appear to be correct I will proceed from thereFor example, the hours of labor the Anderson Drilling and Pump discusses (for the first time in responding to my complaint above) does not match the hours the Tenant in my house witnessed (in terms of the amount of time this business was working on the property)In response to my text message this past week the Tenant indicates Anderson Drilling was there from around “10:am” to “ish” (no later than 1:pm) making the time on location approximately hours (and at most hours)Also, Dave L*** and I agreed on a Gould submersible pump with brass parts (the same brand Anderson Drilling installed in 1989) when MrL*** quoted the price for the work Complaint ID *** Thank youGlenna P***

We gave her a estimate over the phone she verbally okayed the work to be done We left a itemized receipt with the renter of the house shortly after that she canceled payment on her credit card saying she did not recognize this charge We went through the dispute process with the
credit card company and received payment I advise this customer to not contact us in the future for any work that she might need I told her that we would warrantee 100% of the work that we completed but that we would no longer be willing to work for her on anything new Unfortunately sometimes I come across to customer that wants something for nothingThe work that was completed was a new pump installation the pump was stuck in the well took four hours to pull the pump had to replace the inside Williams pitiless installed a new pressure tank switch and gauge.Pump the well clear and hooked it back up total time on the job six hours to man
