I am rejecting this response because: It is true that MrH*** is working with the state inspector to resolve my complaintI will accept his response only when he
provides me with a full refund and takes this unsafe vehicle backAt that point and time I will agree to what he is sayingHe is not very reputable or he would not have sold me an unsafe vehicle to begin with, so the trust to believe he will resolve is not there until I receive my money back

I am currently working with the client and the Washington state investigator to resolve this complaint.

I recently purchased a used vehicle at Cornerstone Auto Sales, what an excellent experience! The owner and his daughter, were very helpful. They answered numerous questions from my wife and myself, allowed us to take our time with our decision, and helped us choose the vehicle that best suited our needs.
The best part from a customer service point of view was we purchased the vehicle with no warranty, after a few days of driving we noticed that the fan was not blowing air as hard as it should be. We contacted Coronerstone Auto, and they sent us to their mechanic and had the problem fixed free of Charge!!!!
Finally my wife and I, have a car dealer we can trust, and knows something about good customer service!

Purchased a car from here just this year. I was told the car would be reliable and excellent car, which made me happy. After the test drive, I fell in love with it. And the salesman is and absolute delight and help. Although after about a week, I spent about $500 to drain and fill the transmission because the fluid was black, change the differential fluid because it was dark brown, and the oil and power steeling fluid itself was overfilling. After realizing all this, I took the time to go get the car checked out at a local shop and was told the car had a exhaust leak and that the brakes were corroded. I, then spent another $600 for new brake pads, rotors, calipers, resonator and muffler. I just wish the salesman could have told me all of this before I spent another $1000 on the car. I would think he would well manage all the cars and keep them up to par for his customers. I am a little upset with Cornerstone. All these problems have happened and I've only had the car for 4 months.

Just bought a Ford Explorer from Cornerstone. Had a problem with the a/c and he had it fixed immediately no questions asked. Very honest and a good experience all around. Would definitely buy there again.
