I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meI went in person to the gym in *** about a month and a half ago and showed them the certified letter that was returned to meAt that time my membership was cancelledI have followed up with *** as well and I am no longer being charged as of the original date of the certified letter I attempted to send

The  member was given a copy of the Membership Agreement which clearly outlines the cancellation procedure.  The random amounts she is referring to are due to the original charges not going through so our [redacted] Financial, our billing company, adds return fees and late fees to the original...

amounts.  These charges are also outlined on the Membership Agreement.  I assure you, when the Member follows the cancellation procedures, their membership will not be charged any more.

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] yesterday regarding his account.  I believe this was just one big mix up.  I have cancelled his account and also requested for a refund of the amounts that were over charged. Hopefully this resolves his issue.

This brings my total up to $39.00. After making three different phone calls to Cornerstone Bar and Grill on 7 May 2013, I spoke with two separate managers [redacted] and [redacted]. Upon explaining the tip over charging on my credit card with both managers the following email was given to me so I could mail in my proof of receipt: [redacted]. I was never emailed or called back when my receipt was reviewed nor have I been refunded my over charge tip money.Desired Settlement: The $20.00 Tip to be removed off my credit Card.
