Called Mr*** on 12/23/16 talked about the rules Chevrolet has on towing expenses and what they will allow for payment. We also
discussed the miscommunication from Cornerstone to him. We came to an agreement to send a check to the towing company for an additional $paid by Cornerstone Chevrolet. We will mail this check out as soon as possible. Mr*** explained that he felt this was a fair agreement and thanked Cornerstone for the fast response. I have copied Mr*** on this response for his records.Chris
