normally fickle and undecided on what he wants repaired. On this occasion his [redacted] was dropped off for repairs on a Saturday, I was not here. I was told he was going to call me [redacted] with exact instructions of what he wanted done to his car because he changes his mind so often. I was not wanting to do anything to his car before hand, beings he has burned his bridge with every shop that he has dealt with him before and didn't want any confusion about what was to be done. My employees do not like working on his car because of the negativity that follows on every job. He had asked us to do some buffing and touch-up paint work which we did not want to do and DID NOT charge him for. He asked to have two wheels sent out to be refinished by a subcontract company, which we did, he asked to paint the brake calipers and rotors separate colors, which we did. with it being two different colors there should be a extra charge that we did not charge for. [redacted] works out of town and does not answer his phone nor does he return calls the same day or even next day most of the time. In short, [redacted] likes to stir up drama everywhere he goes. I don't know where he got the idea that we owe him money for anything, that is beyond me, if anything he owes me. We have done the work that we all agreed upon for a discounted price.
