We called [redacted] on 07/10/2014 around 2pm to apologize for what happen. Previous to this we never received a call from her in regards to this issue. Dr. [redacted] was just a associate and is no longer here. We offered her to come in so we can take a look on all the resins done but she stated she had already fixed them in Mexico. In regards to her crown there was some confusion on her part thinking her insurance company was sending her a bill but it was just an explanation of benefits. So there is nothing to dispute and we went ahead a wrote off her balance because she no longer had insurance for the crown that we previously delivered.
