We purchased an extended warranty from Cornerstone which proved to be a mistake. We were told bumper to bumper. We ended up with needing a new power train (axle) which Cornerstone would not pay for. They were very rude on the phone as well. We are retired and older from a time when you trusted people. What is Cornerstone doing with almost $3,000.00 we paid them if they are not covering our vehicle problem? I guess they are using the money to train their employees how to hoodwink people in a rude way. STAY AWAY from these CONS.

The policy holder's invoice has been submitted to the Carrier for payment the first of this week, and the repair facility will be paid next week.
