As a licensed Optician in the state of Massachusetts for thirty-two years, when a client presents a prescription from a doctor we are to fill it according to the exact specificationsthis is similar to the way a pharmacist fills a prescription and cannot change a prescription by their doctorBy law we cannot change if a pair of eyeglasses does not perform to the client's expectations, we first have the doctor verify the accuracy and re-evaluate to assure that the vision problem is not due to a medical problemChanging a prescription is done at No charge to our client as well as the revaluation done by the doctorWe strive to keep our clients very satisfied and have optimum eye healthChanges in vision can be a sign of a serious health issue and our first priority is to our clientsShould you have any questions please feel free to contact me
