They came and checked my AC & Heating system, tried to tell me I needed a new system in which they were going to charged me $for, turns out I called another company and they found out it was just my transformer in my Air Handler They replaced it and my system is up an running and works just fine Don't be scammed into getting a new system just because your system is old Do your homework and check around first

After inspection the salesperson told me my unit was shotI was all signed up for a new unit to the tune of just over $6,This company installed my last new unitI sought a second opinion and the unit was found to be in good working order and just needed a simple fix, a new capacitor, for less than $The unit was definitely not "shot" and I recommend always getting a second opinion when dealing with this companyPlenty of companies in the area that will do it at no costEducate yourself and do your homework because this company didn't do right by me

Hello, I had U S Air Cond come out to service me and they were wonderfulBrian was here and got me back up in no timeIt hadnt ran in months and he got it working better than it ever did, and it didnt cost me a fortune
I have had a few of my friends also use this company and they all had good resultsPlease use them, and ask for Brian, he was really awesome, and nice to talk to also

My AC has gone out on me several times and I can always rely on them for prompt & professional service. They are kind, trustworthy and fairly priced.

Tried to get them to sell me a Rheem AC filter cover panel. Called them for a 5 days straight, even emailed them pics of the needed part. Every time, someone on the phone would tell me they would call me back soon... No one ever did. Finally, the last time I spoke on the phone with them, they tried to tack on a "maintenance service visit." I told them no, the receptionist copped an attitude, and again they said a service manager would get back with me; that person never got back with me. Very poor customer service, and not sure why they didn't understand that I just wanted a Rheem part even though I told them and emailed pics on and a model number on what I was looking for.

I heard from US Air a week after the above occurred. When the sales manager heard about what happened, he was very apologetic and offered to find the missing panel and install the part for free to make up for the misunderstanding. They installed within two days and did a fine job!

I just wanted to express how impressed I was with every aspect of my experience with US Air Conditioning & Heating Refrigeration Corp. They sent Brian who was extremely helpful; as he not only assessed my problem fully, but made sure that I received what I needed in an easy to understand way. The installers were also exceptional, as they were respectful and installed my unit with much care and precision. I would definitely use this company again if needed, and would recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a hassle-free experience.
