Cornerstone Flooring incorrectly installed a porcelain tile floor causing damage to the tile. They hired an inspector and he determined it was sight related. This damage was caused by the installer and the products they used. The owners have admitted there is a problem and have tried to blame everyone but themselves.
Refund We are requesting a refund of our deposit plus the the cost to remove the flooring. Total amount of $22,126.20.
Cornerstone Flooring & Interiors have received a Revdex.com complaint for work that was completed in Mr. home. Mr. has accused Cornerstone Flooring & Interiors of not installing the tile flooring properly. Cornerstone flooring has provided a private/independent inspector, as well as tile reps to the jobsite to inspect Mr. concerns. Mr. was never satisfied with any of the findings. The inspections have come back negative to any neglect on Cornerstone Flooring's behalf.

*** they have a report from an inspector they hired that states "The marks exhibited on random tiles throughout the installation are consistent with unknown substance or chemical etching the surface of the tiles and would be considered site related."
