Cornerstone Health Care

I made an appointment with this office to receive a annual physical and pap smear. They told me that they have have to break up the two to make sure my insurance will cover the two. I went in April 1st, did my blood work and spoke to doctor. Now on my insurance claims the didnt file part of the visit as preventive. When I called them today they said that Cornerstone Health Care has to do a routine office visit first before doing a physical. No one explained this to me. I would of found another doctor that could just do what requested for my annual preventative physical and pap. I never would of just done an office visit if I had known. Now I am going to be billed $200 for speaking to doctor for 30 minutes. I wish the office would of explained to me what was actually going on instead of letting me think that the visit was going to be covered by my insurance. I feel deceived and I dont want this to happen to other people. Things should be explained better so people wont end of being surp
