Cornerstone has been working diligently with this complainant to resolve her issue. the consumer initially received her device in May of 2015 with the expectation that she would have her bill paid in full within 3 months. She has neither paid...

her bill nor returned the unit for a full refund. It has not bee returned to our office for repairs, either. The charge for this device was $250.00, $230.00 remains outstanding. We have asked that the device be returned to our offie and the account will be credited if the device is found to be in good working order.

NATURE OF DISPUTE:Should not be billed for a product that has been returned and does not work.
Please see Complaint ID#[redacted]. This was closed due to the fact that [redacted] the office manager of Cornerstone would not respond to you, nor would she respond to my Dr. Gina [redacted] On 12/22/2015 The Compilot was physically returned to the High point Office where the front desk signed a receipt saying that they have received the Compilot. I in addition, have called the billing department and spoke to Rose and Whitley on 12/22/2015 @ 8:55am and also advised them that I would be returning this Compilot to there office today and do not continue to bill me for this. I then called Vera Richter @ XXX-XXXX at the home office and left her a message as well. To this date I have not heard from [redacted] or Vera and they refuse to speak to my Dr. What type of customer service is this? The compilot has been returned with all pieces working per the manufacture and it was returned sealed. I do not want to billed for this equipment.
DESIRED RESOLUTION::Please make sure that Cornerstone will NOT billed me for this equipment.

The equipment has been received back to our offices as requested and has been examined and found to be in working order. Patient's account will be credited back for the outstanding balance for the equipment that she returned.
