into your allegations, we adamantly deny the allegations as set forth in your letter. We attempted to contact [redacted] as it was a contact number previously provided to us with respect to an account our office was attempting to collect. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This office did not act in good faith when they contacted me.  Calling and saying we are serving you court documents is not the way a business should be ran.  Also when I contacted the business the phone number listed had a voice mail saying this person cannot be reached.  I don't think that if this "business" was legitimate they would have a voice mail would have a voice message like this one did.  I also sent a message via courier  regarding how the company can contact me, not by phone or work and the information I wanted sent to me regarding the "debt" to be collected. I have not heard anything in regards to this matter.
Regards,
[redacted]

Good Afternoon, I am very troubled to have received this message this morning. Cornerstone does not engage in active collections. We are simply a debt buying, placing, and selling company. However, [redacted] is a company in which we placed a file with recently. They indeed have an employee named [redacted] who has been reprimanded for her statements made on the phone with this consumer. Due to the issue at hand Cornerstone Mediation LLC has paid off the account in attempt to resolve the complaint. You will not receive any more calls from [redacted] or Cornerstone in regards to this matter. The file has been pulled from their office and marked as paid in full. WE DO NOT TOLERATE THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS ETHICS. We apologize for any stress or inconvenience this matter has caused. Thanks for your understanding. Nicholas [redacted]Cornerstone Mediation LLC
