I received a call from Cornerstone Medical Services in Sept They told me that my insurance covers me for set of replacement CPAP equipment each year and that I was up for renewal and asked if I would like to place the order and I agreed I received the new equipment at the end of September On 11/8/i received a bill from Cornerstone for $at which point I called both cornerstone and my health provider to look intoAfter speaking to both parties it was determined that the equipment was covered, after my deducible has been metThis was not explained to me on the initial sales callThat's ok, mistakes happenSo I call Cornerstone back to setup a return of the equipment as I have it still sealed in the shipping box it came inCornerstone has a day return policyMy issue is that I was not notified that I would have to pay out of pocket until 11/8/18, but now I am unable to return the unopened equipment and I am stuck with the bill

My doctor ordered a nebulizer to be delivered to my homeI asked if it was covered by my insurance and Cornerstone said yesThey brought it out but forgot the medicine that I needed to useThat was delivered the next day....After several weeks I received their invoice after insurance paid 10%They charged $for the nebulizer which I can buy on *** for $ !!! have a USPS delivery receipt showing that the CPAP supplies were delivered to customers mail box on 2/17/15. Customer was billed and sent an invoice for the supplies on 5/14/15. He was then placed into phone collections for 4 months and received numerous phone calls asking to pay for the supplies. It has been nearly 2 years since the supplies were sent to the customer. He has not responded to any mailed invoices or calls and never indicated there was a problem with his delivery during that time.Customer called CornerStone on 12/14/16 asking for CPAP supplies. He was told that he was still in collections and could not receive more supplies until it was resolved. Customer hung up the phone without attempting to resolve the issue or asking to speak to a manager.I have made 3 phone calls to customer and left 2 messages in the past week attempting to reconcile this issue. I have no received a call back. While I have no definitive proof that the customer received his CPAP supplies; I believe some sort of good faith effort on his part to resolve the issue is warranted.
