I started a policy May 3, that included roadside assistanceAlthough, the premium was $91, $was withdrawn from my accountI called roadside assistance for fuel and was told someone would be sent but I would have to pay for the amount of fuel provided at the time of serviceI explained no one told me no courtesy fuel would be provided with serviceI cancel the policy and was told $would be refunded in daysI would like  a full refund

Absolutely the worstWas in a car accident to no fault of my own nearly years ago and they have yet to settle my claim!! It took them a month to even send someone out to look at my damages from the accident They allowed my car to accrue damages such as mold and claimed there was hail damage that caused a total loss to my vehicleThere wasnt any hail damage I had taken pictures and videos to prove this when I located the vehicle at a salvage yardThey didnt tell me where the car went and I still had belongings including my license plate in itI was only offered about $7,for a vehicle that is worth $16,and they had tried sending me a check for $3,Coming up on years in May and still haven't even been offered a fair settlementAlso found out they had settled with the other party's insurance company for $17,but not paid out anything to meNot sure how they achieved this without my power of attorney form and I still have possession of the titleI have kids and not having a vehicle has made our lives very difficultEspecially when I have a child that is in schoolReceiving nothing at all for my vehicle accident is unfair & unjustI was treated like anything but a victim from the employeesThe way they handled this was so poorly and would recommend not using their services to anyone

This Tenant Insurance is a jokeThey will not cover anything and are funded by the owners of the storage units themselvesThey are rude and not at all helpfulIf you can get your items that are in a storage unit covered by your home owners or renters insurance, please doOtherwise you are just throwing your money away

One of their customers hit and totaled my husband little pickup with him and my year old son inside Nobody was hurt in the accident The driver of the truck was not the owner of the truck, so when I called the next day to report the claim I gave the driver’s name Waited to hear back for a few days Got nothing, so I called the local agent who sold Cornerstone Insurance and they helped me figure out who’s truck and what their policy number was Then they gave me a number to the claims department I then called their agent on a Tuesday and have him all the information and he said the adjuster would call and come out to look at it On Friday, still hearing nothing, I called back and requested a rental car because my husband was tired of asking his coworkers for rides Waited another week and still heard nothing from the adjuster, so I called the claims agent back again He said it just takes a while Not hours later the adjuster was calling my husband to tell him we got overlooked Adjuster came out on Monday, heard from the claims agent on Tuesday My husband countered with a lower price to buy back the totaled truck and we were told he had to ask his supervisor It took till the following Monday for him to get back with us and basically threaten my husband by saying if you don’t take this my boss will give you even less money back I do not appreciate them trying to bully us around and make us take what they offered Their lack of customer service and the fact I had to call multiple times to see where we were in the process is insane Through this whole process I still never heard anything about the first claim I made against the driver Nobody bothered to call me and tell me they didn’t have a customer by this name or anything Overall some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with I pity anybody who has to deal with them in the future
