This business owner is not a reliable contractor. Owned by Christopher *** this owner is prime example of a horrible Contractor. My experience with Cornerstone Out Sourcing ended with the work half completed and not all of the materials supplied to complete the work. Having paid more than 85% of the project cost this greedy owner stopped working when his demands for 99% of the contract price was not forthcoming. If you ever encounter or have dealings with this guy good luck to you. Any contractor requesting more than 50% of the contract price should be looked at with extreme scrutiny.
