Cornerstone Payment Systems

Review: I originally signed up with this company for payment processing back in Nov 2012. Even since then there has been excessive payment problems. Recurring fee's coming out when I should not have been billed. Today I got notice that a virtual check had been processed though my bank in the amount of $50. This has happened with a PCI violation charge six months earlier. I have repeatedly requested that they close my account an association with their business. I only processed a few transactions with them but I keep getting these ghost payment notices. I have communicated with most of their staff and they seem blind to the problem and like they don't really care if I'm still hanging out here with payment issues.Desired Settlement: They need to make this transaction go away and send me proof that all association with them has been canceled. Then they need to Reimbursement for all my costs since using their service and present a sincere apology. Pay my overdraft fees and disconnect all association with my credit union.
